This is a complete end to end process that includes getting the executive team on board, defining their challenges for innovation, marketing the program internally in order to get a lot of quality submissions, selection of the most promising ones, assigning each one with an intrapreneurial team, performing validation and then running a SMART pilot for the ones selected by management.
