In five sessions spanning over six weeks, we will take entrepreneurs from your organizations with a startup they’d like to introduce to the organization but no avenue to promote it - all the way to a management pitch that will get many of those startup opportunities approved for a funded SMART pilot stage.

Example of possible application
Following scouting efforts aimed at identifying startup technologies that can enhance the value of existing products and services, a technology validation sprint is applied to a selection of eight startups in order to make better decisions regarding which ones to deploy.
