Description

Mentor up to 5 teams through the execution of SMART (Sponsorship, Measure, Adoption, Resources, Timing) pilots, overcoming common pitfalls and evaluating outcomes.

- 1-3 completed pilots get approved for further deployment
- Management adopts this practice as part of operating procedures

Example of possible application

This is usually following a hands-on sprint or acceleration program. It can also be applied to already existing planned pilots and will include reshaping them to be SMART pilots
