About the project and the challenges:
One of the main goals of the project was to train three dozen innovation leaders from various business units in order to create a broad workforce that would enable the effective and successful work with startups that are embedded in the organization. After a quick assessment with the organization’s top management, employees from the different units were selected to participate and underwent training.
The results of the process:
The trained innovation leaders provided support to startups based on the tools and capabilities they received in the training. In addition to successful training, the employees’ way of thinking had changed so considerably that the organization’s management decided to start an additional innovation project to create challenges for the innovation system. This process was part of a follow-up project called “Challenge Production Workshop.”
